As a working student d/f/m in the Battery Software & Controls Team, you will actively support our developers in documenting, organizing, and streamlining key aspects of the software and controls development process for Battery Power Plants. You’ll be involved in a variety of activities to enhance team organization and knowledge transfer, including documentation, report creation, presentations, graphics, and processes alignment. You’ll promote the use of Confluence as a documentation platform and contribute to the daily activities of a highly collaborative team.

About the role

• Supporting the team with development documentation.
• Updating template documents and presentations.
• Migrating documentation to the Confluence platform.
• Assisting with the organization of tickets and tasks using the Jira platform.
• Suggesting improvements for documentation processes and structures.
• Collecting and organizing data and Information.
• Supporting the team in organizational matters.

Job requirements and experience

• Enrolled student in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Business fluent in English.
• Strong communication and excellent writing skills.
• Well-organized, with high attention to Detail.
• Adaptable for a fast pace environment and proactive problem-solver.
• Committed to collaboration and able to work independently and reliably.

Advantageous, but not essential

• German.
