What you´ll build
We are seeking a highly motivated student (f/m/d) to support our Technical Service Management team within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization.
In this role, you will gain valuable exposure to diverse customer IT landscapes, enhance your expertise in cloud and hybrid environments, and develop a strong understanding of customer business models, objectives, and challenges. You will play a key role in supporting system analyses, identifying critical issues, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management to drive organizational success.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring customer IT landscapes and diligently following up on outstanding topics, ongoing incidents, and escalations
- Evaluating customer health checks and ensuring timely completion of related action items
- Assisting the team with customer-facing matters
- Compiling and reporting KPIs to relevant stakeholders
- Utilizing AI-based reporting tools to support the planning and preparation of customer-facing activities

What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: IT, Engineering, Business Administration
- Computer skills: MS Office, SAP and Jira is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in German, English (written and verbal)
- Soft skills: Team Player, proactive and open communication, Curiosity, Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Where you belong
Technical Service Managers play a critical part in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they want from their SAP landscape.
You will be joining the Technical Service Manager team at SAP Dresden, which consists of twelve colleagues, as well as fifteen additional team members located in St. Leon-Rot, Munich, and Newtown Square (USA).
Technical Service Managers are instrumental in guiding customers throughout their cloud transformation journey, ensuring they realize the full business value and desired outcomes from their SAP landscape.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
