To strengthen our team in Dresden, we are looking for a

Working Student (f/m/d) in the field of Customer Service & Order Entry

who want to expand their professional skills alongside their studies in an international environment of photomask and semiconductor specialists.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the team in defined day-to-day tasks of customer care and internal administration
• Internal as well as external customer communication
• Order recording in the company-specific production system
• System maintenance and preparation of customer reports

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Production Management, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in German and good command of English
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style with a high level of reliability, organizational strength, and excellent communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and explore new topics
• Confident handling of PC systems and all standard Microsoft Office applications
