What you'll do

We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to support the SAP Dresden Location Management Team in various local projects.

Tasks will include:

• Assist the management team with project coordination, preparation of reports and documents
• Organize appointments, meetings and workshops
• Support our organization as the interface between business and facility management
• Work closely with different stakeholders within SAP Dresden

Working hours per week: 15-20 hours
Duration of employment: 6 months with the option to prolong the engagement

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Location: The team is located in Dresden
• Software skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, SharePoint, Power Point, Teams, and Excel) is a must-have
• Language skills: Excellent command of the German language is a prerequisite (written and verbal), English language skills are beneficial
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Experience with administrative tasks and project management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility, and willingness to learn and explore new things, independent working style, reliability and working on schedule
