Einleitung
Dufour Aerospace is pioneering next-generation aircraft with its tilt-wing technology, combining the vertical take-off and landing capabilities of a helicopter with the speed and efficiency of an aeroplane. Its first product, the Aero2, is an unmanned aerial vehicle designed to transport critical goods such as medical supplies over medium to long distances. To support this mission, we are seeking a Documentation and Compliance Specialist who will ensure our technical records, manuals, and operational procedures meet the highest regulatory and quality standards helping to drive both safety and innovation in our operations.
Aufgaben
- Supporting the development, review, and amendment of company manuals and operational procedures in line with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Maintaining and updating technical records, including build logs, maintenance logs, and configuration files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
- Assisting with documentation required for operational approvals, safety cases, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinating document control processes, including version management, archiving, and controlled distribution of manuals and technical files.
- Ensuring documentation changes are reviewed, approved, and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing accurate and compliant records.
- Capturing and documenting lessons learned from assembly, maintenance, and operational activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with technical and operational teams to ensure all documentation reflects current practices and regulatory updates.
Qualifikation
- Proven experience in aviation, or UAS documentation and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, such as EASA EU 2019/947, EU 2019/945, CS-LUC or JARUS and compliance documentation practices.
- Familiarity with PDRA and SORA frameworks and operational approvals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage document control systems.
- Experience supporting audits, approvals, and certification processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and systems (e.g., version control, digital record management).
