Your Tasks
You are responsible for owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, running discovery sessions, building solutions with pre‑sales, and closing both net‑new and expansion deals
You manage and grow a targeted portfolio of enterprise accounts, engaging with C‑level, IT, Security/Compliance, and Line‑of‑Business stakeholders
You are responsible for preparing tailored proposals, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and negotiating commercial terms with procurement and legal teams
You are responsible for forecasting accurately, maintaining a clean pipeline, and reporting all activity and results in the CRM
You collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Customer Support to ensure value realization and successful renewals
You represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Your Profile
You have 3–7+ years of B2B software sales experience with enterprise customers, including experience managing complex deal cycles
You possess strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, ROI/TCO analysis, and developing value‑based proposals
You are fluent in German and English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have familiarity with IT in general, and ideally with data management, information governance, cybersecurity/compliance, or performance tooling
You demonstrate discipline in pipeline management and forecasting, and you are comfortable using modern sales tools and CRMs
You bring a growth mindset, resilience, and a collaborative approach to your work
