As a key member of our management team, you'll help ensure the pub runs smoothly, our standards remain high, and every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include.

Annual gross salary: €35,000 – €40,000 , depending on experience

Was wir erwarten:

Kein Abschluss erforderlich
Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations
Management
A confident, hands-on leader who supports the team with a positive attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Convenient managing reservations , organizing events, and supporting in-house promotions
Familiar with hospitality tech tools like POS systems, booking platforms, and basic reporting
Able to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordination
Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus and helpful for daily operations
Flexible availability , including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events
