What you´ll do
- The program includes three phases of 6 months
- Building your Foundation: You will join our production team and support efficiency and optimization initiatives
- Exploring new horizons: You will embark on functional rotations in selected departments in alignment with the Program Manager (example :Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, SHE, etc)
- Get a strategic perceptive: You will be involved in a cross functional project in close collaboration with the regional and global Henkel Adhesive Technology teams
- In parallel you will be introduced to the different supply chain and related functions to build a broad understanding of the organization
- You will own and drive multiple cross-functional projects that lead to continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain
- As part of the program, you will receive a high level of visibility and guidance from an experienced mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, share feedback on your performance and agree development measures with you
- Expand your global professional network, exchanging ideas with fellow trainees and connecting with senior leaders, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a responsible position across the operations and supply chain organization at one our locations where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will provide you with a wide range of career opportunities
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics with successful academic record
- Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally in a multinational environment with experience in either manufacturing or supply chain roles
- Enthusiastic about starting your career journey at our diverse production sites
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and a process-oriented approach to effectively implement ideas
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis
- Geographic mobility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
