What you´ll do

• Develop and implement strategic products plans for product development aligned with market needs and business goals
• Develop and test 2K product prototypes, iterating based on user feedback
• Oversee end-to-end product development and managing timelines, and resources effectively
• Collaborate with diverse teams, such as marketing, engineering and production, to integrate different insights and ensure a holistic approach to product development
• Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate key updates to stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

• Master's or PhD degree in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science or Engineering
• Ideally 2-3 years of work experience with good knowledge of polymer chemistry and work experience in leading projects
• Experience with adhesives
• Ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility and a strong ability for problem-solving
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate in a global and cross-functional team environment
• Fluent English and good German language skills
