What you´ll do

• As part of the Corporate Social Media Team within Corporate Communications, you will develop and execute a consistent communication strategy for Henkel’s communication on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube)
• Support in creating high-quality, engaging social media content that reflects Henkel’s brand and values
• Develop and optimize channel design across key platforms to ensure a cohesive, brand presence
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and personal branding opportunities, integrating insights into our strategy
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to further drive data-driven communication within our team and beyond and continuously improve communication effectiveness

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree, preferably with major in Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in communication (corporate, agency, or media)
• Strong creative skills in writing and creating multimedia content
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with ideally good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Highly motivated, team-oriented individual with a distinct 'Can-Do' attitude and ready to take ownership and responsibility for projects from conception to completion
• Fluent English language skills
