Your tasks
- Support in the recruiting process (job postings, applicant management, scheduling interviews)
- Assistance with the onboarding of new employees
- Maintenance of employee master data and support with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
- Research and participation in HR projects (e.g., employer branding, digitalization, learning & development)
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and analyses
- Support in organizing internal HR events and team activities
Your profile
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study
- Initial practical experience in Human Resources is an advantage, but not required
- Strong interest in HR topics and enjoyment in working with people
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Confident use of MS Office; ideally, first experience with HR software
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
