Our long-standing client, with headquarters in Belgium and several national and international branches and subsidiaries, is looking for an expert for a key role in the international purchasing of specialised HVAC and technical insulation solutions.

Actively shape the international supply chain and become part of a dynamic, growth-orientated company and take responsibility for the procurement of innovative HVAC and technical insulation solutions as International Purchase Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you will work closely with international teams, develop strategic purchasing strategies and strengthen long-term partnerships with suppliers.

International Purchasing Manager Spain - HVAC/Refrigeration (m/f/d)

Das Aufgabengebiet:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure long-term cooperation
Negotiating contracts, prices and conditions to achieve the best added value for the company
Developing and implementing procurement strategies that are in line with the company's objectives
Proactively support a region in Europe and its teams in strategic sourcing and supplier relations
Evaluating and updating the category management strategy for some of the product groups
Liaising with the marketing and sales teams of the various companies to develop effective promotional campaigns

Das Anforderungsprofil:

Successfully completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, industry or a bachelor's degree in business administration, purchasing or a related field
You are an expert in HVAC with a proven experience of at least 8 years
Strong negotiation, analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an independent, dynamic and international environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems and data analysis tools
Fluent in Spanish and English
Willingness to travel regularly within Spain & Europe (approx. 30%)
