What you´ll do

• Support the development and communication of sustainability strategies for our Hair & Body products
• Help our marketing teams translate complex sustainability topics into consumer-relevant claims and storytelling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Formula and Packaging to understand the environmental impact of our products , e.g. biodegradability, renewability, CO₂ footprint
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications

What makes you a good fit

• Student, enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business administration, sustainability, or a related field
• Passionate about sustainability and consumer goods
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to visualize complex topics in a clear, engaging, and consumer-relevant way
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050 - 2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
