Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for efficient creation and editing of documents
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, for communication with international partners
- Careful and structured working style to manage complex tasks efficiently
- Strong team orientation combined with the willingness to actively drive change
- Determined mindset with the ability to proactively tackle challenges and develop solutions
Scope of Work
- Processing of supplier requests in the EDI context to ensure smooth communication
- Execution of technical onboarding of new suppliers including integration into our EDI systems
- Support in centralizing European EDI operations through technical expertise and close collaboration with various teams
- Ensuring e-invoicing compliance according to applicable standards and best practices in the EDI field
