What you´ll do

• Analyze and oversee detailed functional requirements in alignment with HR and the implementation partner
• Configure the Workday HCM system to meet functional requirements and comply with IT standards
• Ensure proper testing for a stable reliable IT solutions
• Work closely with HR, IT colleagues, external consulting and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and user guides
• Prepare IT operations for Workday HCM Solution

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HCM systems, with a strong background in functional configuration, implementation, and optimization
• Experience with Workday Platform or similar is highly desirable and certification for at least one Workday module, familiarity with methodologies like agile or waterfall is a plus
• Deep knowledge of HCM system modules, including payroll, benefits, talent management, performance management, and learning
• Experience managing HCM system projects, including system configurations, testing, and post-implementation support and proficiency in using HCM system reporting tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage expectations
• Fluency in English
