Aufgabengebiet

• Prepare and process accurate payroll for employees within specified timelines.
• Maintain payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Handle queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Generate reports for management on payroll activities and costs.
• Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and industry practices.

Anforderungsprofil

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

• Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of relevant labor laws and tax regulations in Germany.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Fluency in German; English skills are an advantage.
