What you´ll do

• Play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting governance processes, and enabling digital transformation across Henkel dx
• Collaborate closely with the dx management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital strategy and IT execution
• Support strategic programs and initiatives aligned with Henkel’s digital agenda
• Manage (strategic) day-to-day demands & initiatives of dx management
• Develop decision proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure success tracking and KPI reporting for dx management
• Facilitate and follow up on key meetings and governance bodies involving Henkel dx

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, business administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, IT, or consulting within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Expertise in digital technologies such as AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or SAP is highly valued
• Proven track record in managing projects and driving change in global organizations
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and influence across levels
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English; German is a plus
