Manager Master Data Governance (f/m/d)

• Taking on the role of Process Team Lead in the area of Master Data Governance within the S/4HANA project
• Recording, evaluation and structuring of requirements from the specialist departments regarding business partners and material master data
• Development and implementation of a sustainable Master Data Governance structure and organization
• Definition and establishment of data quality standards, responsibilities and processes for data maintenance
• Design and implementation of workflows for business partner and master data management, including release and change processes
• Management and quality assurance of master data and business partner migration as part of the S/4HANA implementation
• Close collaboration with SAP architects, module consultants and external implementation partners
• Consulting for departments and foreign locations on process harmonisation and data standardisation
• Close cooperation with the Vossloh locations to achieve data harmonization

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in master data management and data governance, ideally in an
  SAP S/4HANA transformation environment
• Very good knowledge of SAP Business Partner, Material Master and SAP Governance Tools
• Sound technical understanding of data models, migration (e.g. with LSMW, LTMC, Data Services) and interfaces
• Experience in process modeling and optimization
• Profound experience in project management, ideally in the S4/HANA environment
• Structured, assertive personality with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad (50%)
• Fluent German and English skills; French desirable
