What you´ll do
- Develop together with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) stakeholders a consistent holistic target concept for the Product Portfolio Strategy process, fitting the needs of all SBUs and regions in terms of feasibility, completeness and business value enablement
- Establish and maintain cross-functional collaboration with data owners and work directly with stakeholders in SBUs and functions to identify data requirements, ensure alignment on data governance and facilitate the seamless integration of relevant data into the Product & Technology environment
- Act as a strategic interface between data engineering, platform teams and business to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of data-driven product initiatives
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of data setup, transformation, and integration efforts, ensuring data quality and readiness
- Oversee the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), drive structured communication and stakeholder engagement, and lead global change management processes
- Ensure that all strategic master data attributes related to product classification are accurately derived through the Portfolio Intelligence Hub and aligned with business needs
- Proactively propose enhancements to business stakeholders, facilitate feedback loops, and support the continuous refinement of portfolio-relevant fields – establishing a foundation for data-driven Portfolio Intelligence and enabling effective business steering and operational excellence
- Lead and manage the collaboration with Tech teams to design and implement a profound data infrastructure (Databricks, SQL, Sharepoint) – including data ingestion, transformation, and calculation processes – to establish a scalable and reliable foundation for Portfolio Intelligence for the Product and Technology Community and beyond based on business requirements for reporting, processes and tools
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Business Administration, Marketing, Corporate Management, Industrial Engineering or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Application Engineering or related area with proven track record of self-driven transformational achievements and completed projects, leadership experience is a plus
- Knowledge and good understanding of main applications and technologies in Adhesive Technologies product portfolio, as well as understanding of key end customer applications in major markets
- Proven experience in working with key business stakeholders combined with strong presentation, communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and technical IT literacy incl. SAP knowledge, PowerBI and other data analytics and visualization applications as well as performance-oriented attitude with customer centricity mindset
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory, German language skills are beneficial, other European languages as a plus
