Your area of ​​responsibility
As part of our team, you will independently manage clients from various industries – with a clear focus on long-term customer relationships with medium-sized companies as well as large corporations, particularly in highly regulated sectors such as aviation.
They advise and support our clients on all key issues related to occupational health and safety – from analyzing working conditions to developing and implementing practical measures.
They regularly visit their clients on-site, conduct inspections, identify risks, and assist in the safe design of workplaces, workflows, and work environments.
They create and update risk assessments and support their effective implementation in everyday business operations.
They actively participate in and help shape recurring formats such as occupational safety committee meetings.
Depending on the client structure and project, you will work on technically demanding key topics in occupational safety,
For example:
Workplace and environmental analyses and measurements (including noise and exposure measurements, also in aviation-specific environments),
Analysis of specific operational conditions and risks,
Development of practical solutions tailored to the specific company and implementable in everyday work.
They design and conduct training courses and instruction sessions, conveying occupational safety content in an understandable, practical and target-group-oriented manner.
With larger clients, you will work in a team with other consultants and contribute to the collaboration – depending on your experience and the project.
Furthermore, you will work with the team to further develop existing areas of expertise or to establish new fields of study – based on the needs of our customers as well as your personal interests and strengths.
The role involves occasional business trips to our clients. The overall travel component is minimal and is planned independently by you, making it easily compatible with your personal life.

your qualification
If you would like to find your new professional home with us and make a long-term commitment, then ideally you should bring the following:
You have a qualification as a specialist for occupational safety in accordance with Section 7 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act or are currently undergoing the corresponding training.
They enjoy providing expert advice to companies, analyzing situations, and developing practical solutions in occupational safety together with their contacts.
Prior professional experience in occupational safety is advantageous, but not a requirement – ​​even well-qualified career starters will find a structured entry and professional support with us.
They work independently, reliably and in a structured manner, organize their tasks and customer appointments on their own responsibility and maintain an overview even with different projects and customers.
Clear, respectful and audience-appropriate communication is one of your strengths – both in interactions with managers and with employees.
They bring an interest in different industries and subject areas and are open to further developing their professional focus during their work, e.g. in the field of fire protection or in related occupational safety topics.
Basic English skills are desirable; alternatively, you should be willing to further develop your English skills as part of the job.
You are proficient in using common office applications.
