We’re looking for a passionate Product Management Intern to join our Hotel Search Product team and discover and deliver innovative improvements to our website ─ are you up for it? How you’ll make an impact:

• As a Product Management Intern in Hotel Search, you will be mentored by and collaborate with a Senior Product Manager to take part in the whole life cycle of your initiatives: from ideation and research, to driving development and analyzing performance for future optimization
• Use the Continuous Discovery Framework to find, define and validate business opportunities and user problems worth solving
• Build test plans and, for successful tests, support the production implementation
• Collaborate with a large cross-functional team involving experts in User Research, Product Analytics, UX and Design, Frontend Development and Quality Assurance
• Learn across varieties of Scrum and Kanban, lean development methods, rapid assumption testing and dual track agile discovery and delivery

What you’ll need to thrive:

• Availability: Full-time commitment for a 12-month internship with a valid work visa.
• Product Knowledge: Foundational understanding of product management concepts, including product lifecycle, discovery, and delivery processes.
• Analytical Skills: Basic ability to interpret and utilize data to inform product decisions and strategies.
• Proactive Attitude: Driven to identify and tackle challenges from day one, with a focus on delivering tangible progress.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to articulate a clear vision, inspire and rally team members around your ideas, and persistently pursue successful outcomes.
• Adaptability and Learning: Eagerness to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied challenges. As this is a learning internship, maintain an open mind and be receptive to feedback, using it as a tool for growth and improvement.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English (our company language) for effective collaboration and communication.
