• Execute digital transformation projects across manufacturing facilities, focusing on AI integration, process automation, and data analytics solutions

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams including operations, IT, quality, and engineering stakeholders at local and international sites

• Implement AI and IoT solutions in production environments, working directly with equipment, sensors, and manufacturing systems

• Support change management activities by training teams on new digital tools and ensuring smooth adoption of technological improvements

• Monitor project KPIs and ROI through data collection, analysis, and reporting to senior management and stakeholders

• Collaborate with technology vendors and internal IT/ERP teams to integrate new solutions with existing ERP and manufacturing systems

• Document best practices and create standardized processes for digital transformation initiatives across multiple facilities

• 5-8 years of project management experience , preferably in manufacturing , industrial automation, or digital transformation environments

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools , IoT platforms, or manufacturing digitization projects in manufacturing industry (ideally within drug delivery, primary packaging, or battery technology and industrial components, with demonstrable improvements in OEE, FPY, and lead time)

• Strong project management skills with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related technical field

• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industrial technologies

• Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)

• Willingness to travel (20-40%) to manufacturing sites and work directly on production floors

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
