As Quality Manager / Quality Manager – System Gastronomy (m/f/d) , you will ensure that our recipe for success literally works. You guarantee that our guests experience the same top quality everywhere – whether in Düsseldorf, Hamburg or Munich. You will be responsible for the further development of our quality management, ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards and act as an interface between our stores, head office and external partners.

Your tasks

• You will further develop our quality management system (QMS)
• You ensure compliance with hygiene, food and safety standards (HACCP, LMIV, ISO, IFS if applicable)
• You plan internal, external and certification audits and carry them out independently
• You optimize processes, quality standards and our HACCP concept
• You are responsible for complaints management and deal with inquiries from guests and authorities
• You train and sensitize employees and managers on all quality and hygiene issues
• You work closely with operations, product development, our training team and external partners
• You are the contact person for incident and crisis management and report directly to the COO

Your profile

• You have a degree or training in food technology, nutritional science, ecotrophology or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in quality management in the catering, system catering or food industry
• You are very familiar with HACCP, hygiene law and food safety
• You are characterized by organizational skills, personal responsibility and strong communication skills
• You are confident with digital tools and reporting systems
