Why This Role Matters

As a Business Transformation Recruiter, you will manage the End2End Recruitment and Talent Acquisiton process for the Business Transformation department, supporting strategic hiring projects and ensuring the team attracts and retains top talent. You will contribute to developing and executing strategies to source high-calibre candidates aligned with Business Transformation’s needs, oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes, and build strong relationships e.g. with recruitment agencies and professional networks to expand talent pipelines.

You will report on key recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes.

Please note that we are offering a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension for several additional months depending on our hiring needs.

Your Role at Intersnack

• Drive recruitment activities to meet Business Transformation’s hiring needs, including workforce planning and talent pipeline development

• Managing the End2End recruitment process, e.g. kick off, job publishing, applicant management, active sourcing via LinkedIn, ensuring the best candidate experience etc.

• Constant alignment with HR Business Partner

• Partner with Business Transformation leadership to align recruitment with departmental goals and culture

• Assist in candidate experience projects

• Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and policies

• Collaborate with HR, and external training providers to align training projects with organisational needs

• Several years of hands on recruitment experiences in an inhouse role and a proven track record in project management, business transformation or consulting

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to improve recruitment innovation and process improvements

• Personality to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus but not a must

• Strong MS Office, MS Project skills and presentation skills

• Avalability within a short time

• Willing to work onsite in our Headquarter in Düsseldorf every day with the option to work from home occasionally
