To strengthen our Sales Team, we are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager EMEA (m/f/d).

Aufgaben

  • Identify, acquire, and develop new distributor partnerships across EMEA
  • Define and implement customer strategies tailored to regional markets
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitive landscape
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations for new and repeat business
  • Ensure the achievement of KPIs and strategic objectives
  • Prepare customized offers and coordinate proposal processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Conduct regular customer visits throughout EMEA
  • Support the team with additional tasks aligned with business goals

Qualifikation

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
  • Strong passion for sales and customer engagement
  • Excellent negotiation skills and confident communication style
  • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented working approach
  • Willingness to travel and a service-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); CRM experience preferred
