As part of our sales team, you’ll be the voice behind the first impression — reaching out, listening, and building real relationships with decision-makers in English-speaking markets.

• Cold Calling (and loving it): Start meaningful conversations with potential clients.

• Relationship Building: Understand business needs and craft smart recruitment solutions.

• Lead Generation: Spot opportunities, expand our network, and keep the pipeline alive.

• Sales Support: Work closely with the team to close deals and help new clients succeed.

• Fluent English speaker (native-level). German is a bonus, not a must.

• Passion for sales, people, and storytelling

• Confidence on the phone and the ability to turn small talk into big opportunities

• A self-starter mindset with ambition and energy

• Based in Düsseldorf and ready to work on-site with the team
