What you'll do

• Translate the EU innovation pipeline into local business strategies and support the local marketing and sales team (Germany/Switzerland) with R&D expertise to understand product technology
• Evaluate and verify product claims based on local legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical background for claim substantiation to our commercial teams
• Participate in customer meetings with demos and technical explanations to strengthen customer relationships
• Ensure compliance of our local HCB product portfolio with all regulation and legal needs
• Feed local insights from consumer and business perspectives back into the EU innovation pipeline
• Drive harmonization and efficiency in communication between local stakeholders and EU innovation teams
• Support development of best-in-class processes for cross-functional collaboration

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Process Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5-10 years business experience in FMCG
• Technical and chemical expertise in Laundry & Home Care and Beauty Care, as well as experience in product development advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and claims management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
• Fluent English and German skills
