What you´ll do

• Lead European brand strategy and steers brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy
• Develop strategies to ensure consistent customer experience
• Manage and coordinates brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc.
• Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel
• Analyze brand health indicators
• Organize market research and develops plans to address deviations in brand structure
• Support marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel BU across all Customer Touch points
• Develop systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Consumer Journey Generating long-term innovation ideas and developing them with technical functions

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, preferably Marketing
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in FMCG (Marketing & Sales positions)
• Product development experience preferred
• Driven by results & curious by nature, always testing, learning & optimizing what works best
• Team player at heart
• Fluent English skills (required), German is a plus
