We are looking for a Strategic Buyer for indirect materials and (technical) services (m/f/d) as Project Manager / Project Leader for our consulting projects for our industrial customers with a focus on facility management (e.g. maintenance, servicing, energy). You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition. ABOUT THE JOB
Senior Consultant / Strategic Buyer (f/m/d) Indirect Spend
What's in store for you?
- Project leadership/management of various projects to reduce procurement costs in the area of the above-mentioned product groups at our customers, project planning and monitoring of target achievement
- Project-related reporting externally to the customer and internally to superiors,
- Responsibility for results internally and externally
- Strategic purchasing of non-production materials (NPM) such as maintenance services, energy, consumables, office supplies and much more, but especially facility management
- Development and implementation of customer-specific problem solutions in the previous procurement topics
- Analysis of global procurement markets, trends, suppliers and prices and the associated identification of cost reduction potential for our customers
- Main contact person for suppliers including supplier development in international markets with the involvement of the respective specialist departments and purchasing departments of our customers
- Conducting supplier / price negotiations
- Drafting and conclusion of supply agreements and framework agreements
What should you bring with you?
- Degree in economics or engineering or comparable commercial or technical training with appropriate further qualification
- 5-10 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing in a medium-sized company and / or initial experience in a management consultancy with a focus on procurement issues
- A convincing personality paired with a strong service mentality and high customer orientation
- Willingness to perform, ability to communicate and work in a team and strong implementation skills
- Strong analytical skills and good technical understanding
- Targeted, action-oriented work
- Foresight in customer service, taking into account our cross-selling products
- Language skills: fluent German and business fluent English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge advantageous
- High willingness to travel (Mon - Thu at the customer's site)
- Hands-on mentality and a good sense of humor
