Your responsibilities
- Join the Global Gas Trading Team based in Düsseldorf.
- Work closely with traders and analysts in other international locations to develop proprietary trading strategies.
- Deliver successful individual proprietary trading results.
- Work with trading manager in London to develop junior traders in the team.
Your profile
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field such as Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of trading experience within the commodity complex (Oil, Gas, Coal, Freight), with a preferred focus on Coal and Freight.
- Deep understanding of global energy markets.
- Proven track record of trading success.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; strategic, inclusive, and commercially minded.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
