What you´ll do
- Act as a global project management platform/methodology champion for Adhesive Technologies Direct Procurement and serve as the first point of contact for project team support and guidance
- Participate in the global PMO community of practice and act as a multiplier within the Procurement organization
- Own and drive the portfolio of strategic Procurement initiatives; steer overall governance and resource allocation
- Facilitate and drive project management processes; improve delivery by, for example, sharing lessons learned from similar projects
- Continuously report project status and actively raise concerns to the project manager and/or escalate to the sponsor as required
- Support the development of project charters and ensure appropriate sign-offs, as well as prepare materials for steering committees
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Strategy and/or Project Management, ideally in a procurement or related role
- Strong intercultural communication and leadership skills, as well as confident stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with solid project management experience - ideally in change or transformation processes
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
