Your responsibilities
- Supporting the department management in organizing, coordinating, and following up on meetings, workshops, and project appointments
- Coordination of department-specific appointments and travel
- Preparing presentations, protocols and working documents for the project team
- Maintaining project documents and filing systems
- Supporting project management in day-to-day operations
- Communicating with internal and external contacts
- Assisting in planning and implementing project-supporting activities
Your profile
- You are a student of economics, engineering, or a comparable field of study
- You have organisational skills and enjoy structured work in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office and CoPilot (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Commitment and team spirit
- Independent and careful working style with a willingness to take on responsibility
- Good German and English skills
- Strong communication skills and reliability
