What you can expect:
- Following and researching the latest trends in social media, and adjusting them to METRO’s Employer Branding social media communication
- Coming up with proposals for content, including scripting and captions
- Preparing and organizing weekly video content shooting slots with colleagues
- Creating the content while participating in internal events
- Actively being in front of the camera, acting as one of the main characters in our reels
- Editing and producing videos for our channels, mainly Instagram
- Supporting with online community management
- Aligning communication activities with other teams and departments
- Using different tools to manage our social media channels, as well as track and report our successes
You are the perfect fit:
- Enrollment in final year of Bachelor's or Master's program for at least one year. Students from the fields of Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration with a focus on Communication, Marketing or Media are preferred
- Experience and passion for working with social media channels, mainly Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience with editing tools, such as CapCut and Canva
- Experience with MS Office tools, or an ability to quickly learn digital tools
- A strong interest in Employer Branding and a passion for learning and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and focus on detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in German and English, both in writing and speaking, is mandatory for this role
