Your tasks

• You'll contribute to developing creative employer branding activities and strategies, and to creating targeted content for our internal and external communication channels
• You will support our recruitment team in their day-to-day activities, such as organising and coordinating interviews and preparing reports and evaluations
• You will be involved in administrative HR processes, from drafting contracts to providing personal support to our employees in all HR-related matters
• You will be responsible for planning and organising our networking events for fellows and working students.

Your profile

• You are at least in your third semester of a Bachelor's degree in economics, (business) psychology, communications, social sciences or a similar field of study
• Ideally, you will have some practical recruitment experience. However, the most important thing for us is that you are interested in the role described
• A working week of around 16 hours is ideal for you
• You are fluent in German
