For our highly valued technology company, we are looking for a versatile professional for with expertise in Jira task management, business intelligence, and project management to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring project success.

What You'll Do - A Day in the Life

As an Engineering Planner, you'll start your day by setting up new order projects in Jira, including all related engineering execution tasks. You'll then moderate internal scheduling meetings and integrate this input into broader production planning sessions. In the afternoon, you might lead a workshop with key users to improve standard network processes and implement updates in Primavera. You'll also support engineers with Jira-related issues and update the reporting systems to ensure the team has access to current, actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

Order Execution

  • Manage task planning for orders in Jira

  • Participate in coordination meetings across engineering and production

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Identify and communicate project risks with stakeholders

  • Serve as the primary contact for engineering queries related to Jira order processing

  • Provide training sessions on Jira order processing

Standard Networks

  • Lead change cycles to improve standard engineering networks in Primavera

  • Coordinate updates with overall planning and interfacing departments

  • Act as a key contact for standard network-related topics within the engineering team

Data & Process Management

  • Develop dashboards and reports in Jira

  • Support reporting and data analytics efforts

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to guide decision-making

  • Create clear, standardized process documentation

  • Collaborate across teams to enhance data quality and support business needs

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Development, or a related field

  • Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in technical roles such as Engineering or Data Services

  • Core Competencies:

  • Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, task planning, and resource coordination

  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Jira, MS Office Suite, BigPicture, Power BI, and SQL

  • Languages:

  • German - Advanced

  • English - Advanced

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking
