As part of our growing Service and Test Team, we are looking for a

Field Service & Validation Engineer (m/f/d) to join us in Duisburg as soon as possible.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers and sales partners across Europe with technical service, product validation and hands-on troubleshooting. Based in Duisburg, you will collaborate closely with our Application Engineering and Sales teams to deliver fast, reliable solutions and help shape our future service organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site support for commissioning, maintenance and minor repairs of our pump systems
• Conduct product testing and validation in our R&D labs at the Duisburg site
• Diagnose technical issues and assist with product configuration and system optimization
• Plan service routes and coordinate appointments with customers independently
• Document service activities and performance data (service reports, test logs)
• Act as a technical contact for customers and sales partners, ensuring high service quality and responsiveness
• Deliver product training and technical support in-house or on-site
• Contribute to the development of our service structures and processes

Your profile:

• Certified technician in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, testing or technical support for industrial equipment
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read technical drawings and schematics (CAD, P&ID)
• Experience in cleanroom environments or biopharma applications is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and organize service schedules
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe; valid driver’s license required
