To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Duisburg, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for reception in the radiotherapy department

• You are the contact person at reception for our patients
• You take over the telephone service and coordination of our patients
• The processing of incoming and outgoing mail is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will also maintain our archive and contribute to other administrative tasks

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or other training in a medical profession such as dental assistant (m/f/d) and would like to get started as a career changer
• You have already gained experience in dealing with patients and are able to respond to their different needs
• Your communicative nature and empathy create a pleasant, professional working atmosphere
• You can work flexible hours
• You also have good PC skills and/or can quickly familiarize yourself with unfamiliar programs
• Enthusiasm for new things and team spirit are important to us, as are diligence and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
