At Helios Klinikum Duisburg, we are looking for you as a part-time or full-time MFA or nurse (tumor documenter in the breast and gynecological oncology center (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Preparation and organization of tumor conferences
• Recording and maintenance of all relevant patient data in the tumor documentation system
• Compilation of medical documents for the interdisciplinary case discussion
• Close cooperation with doctors, nursing staff and other specialist departments
• Scheduling appointments, inviting participants and taking minutes
• Tumor documentation and quality assurance
• Recording, maintaining and updating diagnoses, therapies and follow-up checks in accordance with the specifications of the cancer register and certification requirements (e.g. ÄkZert and OnkoZert)
• Support in complying with documentation obligations and guidelines
• Assistance with audits, quality reports and statistical evaluations
• Administrative and coordinating tasks
• Collaboration in the continuous optimization of work processes in the tumor center
• Support in communication between the clinic, practice partners and tumor centers
• Archiving, file maintenance and handling of sensitive patient data in compliance with data protection regulations

• Completed medical-administrative training (e.g. MFA, MTA, medical documentalist) or comparable qualification
• Ideally professional experience in the field of tumor documentation, oncology or quality management
• Confident handling of medical terminology and documentation systems (e.g. c37, Onkostar, OdSeasy, OncoBox, CancerReg, or similar)
• Organizational skills, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
• High level of care in handling confidential patient data
• The legally required proof of immunization against measles
