Creation of service and station plans for a smooth service process
Managing a station, providing expert and professional advice and support to our guests with a view to wine sales
Ensuring harmonious and efficient cooperation with the kitchen and other hotel departments
Induction and implementation of training with new employees and trainees
Ordering goods, stocktaking and inventory
Buying and selling wine and maintaining the in-house wine cellar
Assisting with the arrangement, preparation and implementation of special events
Maintaining hygiene standards in the wine cellar, humidor, cold store and storage area

Completed training in the hotel industry, gastronomy and / or in the wine sector
Several years of professional experience in gastronomy in a similar position or willingness to take the next step
First management experience, motivation and development of a team as well as the ability to inspire and guide employees
Knowledge of beverage merchandising (knowledge of wine – national and international / spirits / bar knowledge / hot drinks and specialties)
Loyalty, reliability and time flexibility
Motivation and enthusiasm
Very good knowledge of German C1, further language skills are an advantage
