Job description
- You support a defined group of people throughout the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment to departure
- You advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters and work together to develop optimal solutions
- You take on groupings in accordance with collective bargaining agreements and deal with labour, tax and social security law issues
- You draw up labour law agreements, employment contracts, notices of termination and informative references, so that employees and managers have clarity and security
- You record master and transaction data in the personnel administration system and roster system and ensure accurate documentation
- You are responsible for absence management, maintain attendances and absences and are a competent contact for electronic certificates of incapacity for work
- You initiate individual legal participation processes and actively participate in internal projects in order to shape future personnel processes in a sustainable way
Requirements
- You have completed commercial or administrative training, a degree in economics or law or a comparable qualification
- You ideally have further training in human resources, for example as a personnel specialist IHK (m/f/d)
- You have relevant professional experience in personnel processing in the public sector
- You have solid knowledge in the processing of individual personnel matters in personnel support, especially in the employment of foreign staff
- You are familiar with public service and collective bargaining law as well as staff representation law
- You are experienced in working with MS Office programmes and are confident in using them
- You have knowledge of general labour law at best, Bavarian travel expenses law as well as social and tax law
- You are characterised by organisational and decision-making skills and convince with communication and cooperation skills
- You are willing to perform, learn and change, show discretion as well as the ability to deal with conflict and criticism and bring team spirit and a pronounced service orientation
