We are looking for a reliable and skilled building technician/facility manager (m/f/d) for our location in Ebhausen to start as soon as possible. In this responsible position, you will independently take care of our building and outdoor facilities and ensure that everything remains clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.

• Maintenance and care of our company headquarters in Ebhausen – including buildings, technology, and outdoor areas
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Checking the condition of the building and technical equipment
• Maintaining green spaces and providing winter services
• General manual work indoors and outdoors
• Contact person for technical questions relating to the building
• Support with renovation and minor conversion work
• Monitoring of maintenance intervals (e.g., heating, ventilation)
• Replacement of light bulbs and small materials
• Maintenance of parking and traffic areas (e.g., markings, information signs)
• Documentation of the work carried out

• Completed technical or vocational training (e.g., electrician, plant mechanic, caretaker, installer, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of building technology and technical systems
• Manual dexterity and experience in the field of building services engineering
• Ideally, experience in facility management and garden maintenance
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and servicing
• Reliable, independent, and responsible approach to work
• Sense of order, cleanliness, and safe working practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work outside regular hours on occasion (e.g., winter service)
• Friendly manner and good knowledge of German
• Class B driver's license
