To support our purchasing department at our location in Ebhausen, we are looking for a qualified and motivated full-time employee (40h/week) with immediate effect.

• Independent implementation of day-to-day operations in purchasing
• Determining requirements in coordination with specialist departments
  (e.g. design, work preparation, production)Obtaining and comparing offers and placing orders
• Selecting suitable suppliers in collaboration with the specialist department
• Negotiating prices and delivery conditions within the specified framework
• Tracking order deadlines and monitoring delivery dates
• Complaints processing in collaboration with materials management
• Maintaining material master data and supplier information in the ERP system

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in purchasing desirable, ideally in a technical environment
• Technical understanding and interest in technical products
• Structured and careful way of working and ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Business fluent in German and preferably good written and spoken English skills
