Support our provider and operational teams in assisting Schindler employees with IT-related matters
Analyze and resolve tickets, or route them to the appropriate support group when necessary
Manage escalations from a service desk perspective
Create and maintain knowledge articles to support continuous service improvement
Contribute to small-scale IT projects
Perform administrative support tasks for the Global BackOffice

Current Bachelor student in IT or similar field
Completed apprenticeship in business administration (KV), mediamatics, or IT; or currently enrolled in an IT-related degree
Strong technical understanding and solid computer skills
Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive attitude
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities when handling multiple cases
Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), both spoken and written
