About The Team
Our Marketing team is at the heart of Native Instruments. We act as the conduit between the company and its audiences, empowering music creators worldwide through inspiring content and unique community activations. Our growth team focuses on the acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle management of our customers, working in cross-functional teams with experts in data analytics, in-app messaging, email, lifecycle management, paid media, SEO, engineering, and content production.
Your Contribution
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, SEO & AIO to lead our organic growth initiatives across ecommerce channels. This role is responsible for owning the entire SEO function—from technical performance to AI optimization—and ensuring Native Instruments remains a top choice in search across both traditional and AI-powered platforms. Your focus will be growing organic revenue, improving search visibility, and future-proofing our ecommerce presence for generative AI and evolving search behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Growth Strategy
- Own the SEO and AIO strategy, focused on driving organic traffic and ecommerce conversion across traditional and AI-powered platforms.
- Build and execute roadmaps tied to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and priority merchandising.
- Lead continuous optimization efforts, ensuring technical and on-page SEO aligns with business and revenue goals.
Technical SEO & Data Architecture
- Drive improvements in crawlability, indexation, page speed, and Core Web Vitals through collaboration with engineering.
- Implement and maintain structured data and schema markup across site templates (e.g., Product, FAQ, HowTo, Organization), maximizing eligibility for rich results and enhancing LLM visibility.
Product Feed Optimization & AI Discovery
- Manage and expand our organic product feeds for Google Merchant Center, Free Listings, and other relevant shopping channels.
- Explore and implement integrations of product data into AI ecosystems and LLMs, ensuring brand and product accuracy across emerging answer engines.
Content & Search Experience
- Guide content strategy to align with search and user intent, supporting product, category, and evergreen content.
- Optimize content architecture and internal linking for both SEO performance and AI parsing.
Generative AI & Search Innovation
- Lead AIO initiatives to improve Native Instruments’ visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase citation frequency, improve brand context in LLMs, and monitor presence across generative interfaces.
Reporting & Insights
- Build performance dashboards for SEO, AIO, and organic shopping metrics—connecting search impact to business KPIs.
- Conduct continuous auditing of our web properties through report analysis and recurring crawling using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling continuous improvement and alignment across teams.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Coordinate with Engineering, Content, Product, and CRM teams to integrate SEO into all relevant workflows.
- Provide training and best practices to editors, merchandisers, and marketing partners.
- Manage relationships with external SEO agencies and consultants.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of SEO experience, ideally with a focus on ecommerce and product-led SEO.
- Strong command of technical SEO, structured data, and on-page optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing product feeds and integrating structured product data into Google and organic commerce surfaces.
- Solid understanding of AI-powered search and generative engine optimization (GEO/AIO).
- Fluent in tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush.
- Experienced with A/B testing of SEO optimizations with ability to report on uplifts driven.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for music or creative tools is a plus, but not required.
