The Agile Program Delivery Manager leads the planning and execution of Agile software development programs across multiple teams. This role ensures that teams are aligned to common objectives, that progress is measurable, and that dependencies and risks are identified and managed. The manager works closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure iterative delivery of high-quality software aligned with user needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate Agile ceremonies and oversee Program Increment (PI) planning.

Manage roadmaps, sprint metrics, and stakeholder communications.

Identify impediments and remove blockers to team performance.
-
Track dependencies, capacity, and team velocity.
-
Support Agile maturity and adherence to agency Agile guidelines.
Basic Qualifications (required):
-
Bachelor’s in Project Management, IT, or Business.
-
8+ years in Agile program or portfolio management.
-
Proficiency with JIRA, VersionOne, or other Agile tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or RTE certification.
-
Experience with Agile delivery in federal programs.
