Aufgaben
Key Responsibilities
▪ First-line support: prompt response to customer inquiries via phone & ticket system
▪ Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution rates
▪ Document all interactions accurately in CRM
▪ Support users with Telematikinfrastruktur components (TI-Konnektor, eGK readers, etc.)
▪ Collaborate closely with Technical & Software Support teams for issue resolution
▪ Contribute ideas to ongoing product and company development
Qualifikation
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
▪ German language skills C1 or higher
▪ Technical training or degree in IT field
▪ 2–4 years professional IT experience
Nice-to-Haves:
▪ Experience with Telematikinfrastruktur, TI-Konnektor, insured card readers
▪ Customer service background
