You are part of our customer success team, which is the interface between our R&D and our customers with respect to all printing processes and applications. You are an expert for printing with our latest printer generation, the Quantum X platform, and as such you

• Evaluate the feasibility of print projects
• Create and execute print projects for prospects and customers
• Administer the demo facility at our Headquarters
• Analyze the print quality with confocal as well as with scanning electron microscopy and document the results
• Test new products and provide feedback

• You have successfully completed training as a physics technician or a bachelor's degree in a technical field
• You have laboratory experience (a background in nano- oder microfabrication would be an advantage)
• You thrive for precise and complete technical documentation
• You have strong written and spoken English skills
• You have basic CAD skills and are proficient in MS Office
• A good level of self-organisation and independence, combined with thorough task completion, are key characteristics that distinguish you as an ideal candidate
• A high degree of teamwork skills and sensitivity in communicating across cultures complete your profile.
