Servicetechniker:in Kundendienst (CH+EU)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Service- und Reparaturen im Kommunal- und Bahnbereich an allen ZAUGG Produkten mit Einsätzen in der Schweiz, Europa und selten USA oder Asien
- Einsatzrapporte schreiben sowie Zeit- und Materialbuchungen in SAP
- Unterstützung der Dispostelle in Bezug auf laufende und anstehende Aufträge (Ersatzteile, Unterlagen, etc.)
- Kommunikation mit dem Kunden über auszuführende Arbeiten und Aufträge
- Instandstellungen von Einzelkomponenten (Motoren, Getriebe, Achsen, usw.) im Werk Eggiwil und Schüpbach
- Mithilfe bei der Verbesserung der Produkte inkl. Feedback an Produktmanagement und Entwicklung
- Mithilfe bei der weiteren Entwicklung und Verbesserung des Kundendienstes der Zaugg AG
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Kunden- und Händlerschulungen sowie internen Mitarbeiterschulungen
Dein Profil:
- Technische Grundausbildung als Landmaschinen- oder Baumaschinenmechaniker oder ähnlich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld vorzugsweise als Servicetechniker
- Bereitschaft für unregelmässige Service- und Montageeinsätze im In- und Ausland
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil, insbesondere mündliche Kenntnisse in Englisch
