Your tasks:

• Management and motivation of a team of around 15 people (6 chefs, kitchen assistants, trainees)
• Artisanal cooking with modern kitchen technology
• Culinary responsibility for a certified 3-lion restaurant
• Organic food quality with high standards from the region
• Design and implementation of seasonal menus
• Development and expansion of our kitchen manufactory
• Responsibility for purchasing, budget and quality control
• Ensuring all hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Continuous optimization of new kitchen processes
• Close cooperation with the management and executive board

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chef with experience as a kitchen manager
• Several years of professional experience and management experience
• Sound knowledge of modern cooking methods
• Enthusiasm for Swabian cuisine and regional specialties
• Sense of responsibility and team leadership skills
• Business management thinking and results orientation
• Good IT skills (merchandise management, kitchen control systems)
