Your profile:

• Completed training (paediatric nurse (m/f/d), socio-educational assistant (m/f/d) or similar) with initial work experience
• Empathy and joy in the loving care of children
• creativity
• Openness and strong communication skills, also in dealing with parents
• Team spirit

Your tasks:

• Tear-drier, encourager, storyteller, shoe-binder, mediator
• Looking after and supporting the children
• Organisation and implementation of play activities
• Observing and supporting the children's development processes
• Close cooperation with other professionals, coordination with parents
